At TuckerFreedom, we strive to provide quality products and an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Please review our return and exchange policy below to ensure satisfaction with your purchase.
Exchange-Only Policy
We do not offer refunds on any of our products. However, we gladly accept exchanges for eligible items under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Exchange:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed. We only accept exchanges for items that are in their original condition and packaging.
- Exchange requests must be made within 14 days from the date of delivery.
- Items must be free from stains, pet hair, odors, or any signs of wear.
- Custom or personalized items are not eligible for exchange.
How to Request an Exchange:
Contact Us: Email us at thetuckerfreedom@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and details of the product you wish to exchange.
Ship the Item Back: Once your exchange is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back to us. You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item unless the exchange is due to a defect or mistake on our part.
Processing Your Exchange: Once we receive the item and confirm it meets the eligibility criteria, we will process your exchange and ship your new item within 7-10 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at thetuckerfreedom@gmail.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost to you.
Non-Exchangeable Items:
Custom or personalized items
Items not in their original condition
Items that are returned after 14 days
Shipping Costs:
For Exchanges: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an error occurred with your order.
For Defective Items: TuckerFreedom will cover all shipping costs for returning and replacing the defective product.
